Siemens memperkenalkan rangkaian servomotors SIMOTICS S-1FS2 yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan kondisi bersih industri makanan, minuman, pengemasan steril, farmasi, dan proses lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Servomotor Siemens ditawarkan dalam berbagai peringkat daya, dari 0,45\u20132kW (0,60\u20132,68 hp) dengan torsi dari 3,1\u201314 Nm (2,28\u201310,32 ft-lbs.). Dibuat dengan rangka baja tahan karat 1,4404 (AISI 316\/316L), Segel EPDM dan pelumas bantalan NSF H1, motor servo ini sangat tahan terhadap korosi dan bahan kimia asam yang ditemukan di industri proses. Tingkat perlindungan yang sangat tinggi ini sesuai dengan standar IP66\/67 pada seluruh motor, dengan perlindungan IP69k (30-bar) yang diberikan pada housing motor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinamika tinggi karena inersia bawaan yang rendah ditambah kapasitas beban berlebih yang tinggi untuk digunakan dalam aplikasi pick-and-place, ditambah pergerakan beban berat yang presisi, merupakan fitur tambahan. Satu sambungan kabel disediakan untuk memudahkan pemasangan dan pembersihan. Encoder absolut standar adalah 22-bit multi-run.<\/span><\/p>\n

Motor SIMOTICS S-1FS2 cocok untuk proses clean-in-place (CIP) dan untuk digunakan dengan semua bahan pembersih yang tersedia secara komersial yang digunakan dengan motor pencuci.<\/span><\/p>\n

Motor ini dirancang khusus untuk persyaratan 3-A (AS) dan EHEDG (Euro) industri makanan dan minuman.<\/span><\/p>\n

Opsi termasuk rem penahan, poros baja tahan karat dengan atau tanpa feather key, kabel untuk koneksi penggerak langsung dan kopling MOTION CONNECT. MOTION CONNECT adalah desain kabel listrik dan sinyal Siemens yang dirakit lengkap untuk digunakan pada berbagai jenis mesin produksi.<\/span><\/p>\n
